How often should I exercise

Minimun of 3 times a week of cardiovascular exercise at moderate intensity for 30-60 minutes

Will I loose weight

Yes, if you stick to a healthy eating plan and include exercise. Depending on your starting point the amount will vary. No crash diets or food fads.

I've not exercised for a long time. Can i still participate?

Yes, the exercise can be designed with progressions. (beginner, intermediate) and are explained and demonstrated. You can follow at a pace that you are capable of.

I'm very busy and dont have much time to exercise

If you want to change your lifestyle then you will find the time needed. This is why we will help you to overcome barriers. The results will change your life.

When is the best time to exercise?

You must find a time that works best for you and stick with it. The easiest way to succeed is consistency and routine. This allows your body's metabolism to adjust for better results.

What if the exercises are too hard

There are always options and alternatives but remember improvement is what we are aiming for.

What clothing should I wear?

Trainers are a must and any comfortable clothing appropriate to the exercise. Jog pants, t-shirt.

What should I bring with me?

Water is the most important to keep you hydrated. A warm jumper for working outdoors and a towel if wanted.

How long before a session should I eat, and what should I eat

You should eat at least 1-2 hours before a session. This meal should include carbs and protein, to benefit your performance.

Cancellation Notice

A minimum of 24hrs notice must be given to cancel any personal training session, or full amount of session will be charged
